Get your first useful reply ready
Start with one lead inquiry you already have. We are looking for five agents to help test that first workflow and tell us where it needs work. You can ask about setup before choosing a plan.
Watch the recorded demo first. It uses sample data and does not need an account.
Ask for help with your setup
Tell us your email provider, whether your brokerage manages the account, and the task you want help with. Include your time zone and preferred times if you would like a walkthrough. We will reply to agree on a time.
Request setup help by emailThis opens your email app. Never send passwords, client messages, or confidential documents in your request.
Real Extent requires a paid plan to connect and use your own inbox. Starter is $19 a month, billed when you subscribe. Participation does not create a free trial. Compare plans.
A focused first session
- 1
Choose one conversation
Use an inquiry you are authorized to handle. Choose your own mailbox and leave sending on Ask first.
- 2
Make the draft useful
Check facts and recipient details. Edit anything you would say differently before approving a reply.
- 3
Tell us what happened
Note setup time, whether the draft helped, and what you changed. Share feedback without client identities or message content.
Before connecting a brokerage account
Check whether your brokerage permits the connection. Google verification may still be in progress, and Microsoft work accounts can require administrator approval. Read the current security information and your provider’s setup guide before paying if you are unsure.
Any testimonial or case study would need your separate permission. Testing the product does not give us permission to publish your name, brokerage, or results.
