Leads don't only email. Real Extent brings texts and chats into one Messages inbox: texts from your Quo or Google Voice number, Telegram, and a chat bubble for your own website. It drafts replies for you, and new people become leads.

- Replying to messages starts on Ask first. Every draft waits for you.
- STOP opts a person out right away.
- A reply you send from your phone is noticed, and the assistant's draft for that conversation is withdrawn.
- iMessage isn't possible: Apple doesn't let any app read or send them. Use the Text button on a lead's page to text from your own phone.

- Does it cost extra to text?
- Not from Real Extent. Quo charges for texts on your Quo plan. Google Voice, Telegram and the website chat are free.
- Can I add the chat to my website?
- Yes. Paste one line of code on any site. Visitors who leave an email or phone number become leads.
- Can it text from my personal number?
- Not automatically. The Text button on a lead's page drafts a message and opens it in your phone's Messages app, so it goes from your own number.
