About Real Extent

Real Extent is an AI assistant for real estate agents. It works inside an agent’s own email and calendar, answers new leads in their voice, books showings, follows up with people who go quiet, and keeps a simple CRM up to date.

Why we built it

Agents lose clients to slow replies and forgotten follow-ups, not to a lack of software. Most tools add another app to check. We wanted the opposite: an assistant that does the typing in the inbox an agent already lives in, and only asks for a tap when something matters.

How we build it

You approve what goes out. Every action can be set to do it, ask first, or never. Sending email starts on ask first.
Plain words. The emails it writes sound like a person typing from their phone. No “I hope this finds you well.”
Honest about limits. No MLS connection, no iMessage, and channels that aren’t live yet say “coming soon.”
Your data is yours. We don’t sell it, use it for ads, or use it to train AI models. Full email bodies are read when needed rather than stored. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Built on Claude. The assistant’s writing and reasoning use Anthropic’s Claude models. Anthropic doesn’t train on content sent through its commercial API by default.
