Book showings around your calendar, automatically

When a buyer asks to see a home, Real Extent looks at your real calendar, finds times that fit your working hours and the gaps you like between appointments, and offers them. Once they pick, the showing is booked and they get a calendar invite.

You also get a booking link for your email signature, bio or listings. People choose a showing or a short call, and it lands on your calendar.

How booking works

    Connect your calendar

    Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud, or any calendar that supports CalDAV. A read-only calendar link works for checking when you're busy.

    Set your hours

    Which days you work, the hours you show homes, how long a showing takes, and the buffer between appointments.

    A buyer asks to see a home

    The assistant offers times that are really free, or you share your booking link.

    It's booked

    The time is checked again the moment they pick it, so two people can't grab the same slot. They get an invite.

    Calls get a video link

    A short call can come with a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link, depending on your calendar.

    New people become leads

    Anyone who books and isn't in your leads yet is added, and you get an alert.

Your calendar, your rules

  • Bookings can wait for your OK first. Turn on automatic booking only if you want it.
  • The booking link is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off any time.
  • All-day events don't block your day unless they're marked busy.
  • It needs at least two hours' notice, so nobody books a showing that starts in ten minutes.

Questions agents ask

Does it work with Outlook and iCloud calendars?
Yes. Google Calendar, Outlook (Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com), iCloud, and other CalDAV calendars. You can use a different calendar from your email, too.
Can people book a call instead of a showing?
Yes. The booking page offers a home showing (your showing length) or a 30-minute call.
Does it coordinate with the seller or listing agent?
No. It books time on your calendar. Confirming access with the listing agent is still up to you. It does send the buyer's agent a short feedback form after showings on your own listings.
Is the booking link free?
It's included in every plan.
