AI replies to new real estate leads, written in your voice

A new inquiry from Zillow, Realtor.com, your website or an open house lands in your inbox. Within minutes, Real Extent has read it, written a reply in your voice that answers what they actually asked, and added them to your leads.

You get a ping on your phone. Tap Approve and it's sent from your own email address. Or, once you trust it, let it send on its own.

How lead replies work

  1. 1

    A lead writes in

From a home search site, your website's contact form, a text, your website chat, or an open house sign-in.

  2. 2

    It reads what they asked

The home, the day they mentioned, their question. Newsletters, receipts and automated mail are set aside without using AI.

  3. 3

    It writes the reply

Short and specific, in the voice you picked during setup. If they want to meet, it can offer your booking link.

  4. 4

    They're added to your leads

With their source, what they're looking for, and a lead score that says who to call first.

  5. 5

    You approve, or it sends

Sending starts on Ask first, so every reply waits for you. Switch it to send on its own whenever you're ready.

  6. 6

    Follow-ups are lined up

If they don't answer, a follow-up is scheduled. It stops the moment they reply.

You stay in charge of what goes out

  • Every reply waits in Approvals until you tap Approve, Edit or Reject, unless you've told it to send on its own.
  • Replies go from your own email address, in your own thread, so they look like you wrote them.
  • Anything that mentions commission, contracts or money is flagged. If the assistant wrote it on its own, it waits for your OK even when sending is automatic.
  • People who ask not to be contacted are marked as opted out and never emailed again.

Questions agents ask

Which lead sources does it work with?
Anything that arrives as an email: Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Homes.com, your brokerage's site, and most others. It also has its own contact form, a website chat bubble, and an open house sign-in page, and reads texts from Quo, Google Voice and Telegram.
Will it sound like a robot?
It's written to sound like a quick, thoughtful reply typed from your phone: two to four sentences, their details, one question. No “I hope this email finds you well.” You pick the personality and sign-off, and it learns from your edits.
What if a lead asks something it doesn't know?
It says you'll find out instead of guessing. It never makes up prices, availability, HOA fees or school details.
How fast does it reply?
While the app is open it checks your inbox every minute or two, so a reply is usually ready within minutes. In the background it keeps checking through the day.
