Which one fits you
Follow Up Boss is the better pick if
- You run a team that needs leads routed between agents automatically.
- Your agents or ISAs live on the phone and want calling built in.
- You need many lead-source integrations and team reporting in one CRM.
Real Extent is the better pick if
- You're a solo agent or a small team and the problem is time: replies, follow-ups and scheduling.
- You want emails written for you, in your voice, from your own address.
- You want to start in minutes without moving your contacts into a new system.
If you need a full team CRM with routing and a dialer, Follow Up Boss is built for that. If what you need is someone to answer new leads, book showings and follow up while you're out, Real Extent does that inside the inbox you already use, for less. They don't sync with each other today.
Questions agents ask
- Can I use Real Extent and Follow Up Boss together?
- Yes, but they don't sync. Some agents keep their CRM for the team and use Real Extent for replies, booking and follow-ups in their own inbox.
- Is Real Extent a CRM?
- It has a CRM built in: leads, stages, scores, tasks, notes, deals and every conversation on one page. It's simpler than a team CRM on purpose.
- Can I move my contacts over?
- Yes. Export a CSV from your CRM and import it. Nobody is emailed when you import.
