  1. More free tools

  2. Fewer approvals, a getting-started list, and new voices

    • After you've sent a few of its drafts without changing them, the assistant offers to send that kind on its own. You decide.
    • Approve and send all waiting texts in one tap, like emails.
    • Home shows a short getting-started list that ticks itself off, and what the assistant did for you this week.
    • Setup ends by naming the people already waiting on you.
    • Six new natural voices for voice chats, made on your own device.
    • Connecting Gmail now spells out each click on Google's warning screen.
    • Any email or text that mentions wiring money or bank details now always waits for your OK. More on the Security page.

  3. One conversation per person

    • Each lead's page shows every email and text with them as one conversation, oldest to newest, with the channel and who sent each message.

  4. Voice mode, a simpler Home, and lots of fixes

    • Talk to the assistant and hear the answer read aloud.
    • A more compact Home: who needs you, what's due today, and what's going out, side by side.
    • A lead's page opens with what's next and where they stand.
    • Tasks can be edited and moved to another day.
    • Plan & usage shows actions left and what the assistant did this month, in plain words.
    • When a listing's price changes, its description and posts change with it.
    • If a follow-up doesn't go, you see exactly why.
    • All-day events sit on their own day and don't block showings unless they're marked busy.
    • Every connected app shows its real logo.
    • Follow-ups and automations run on time through the day, and a send that might have gone out is never sent twice.

  5. Messages and Rules

    • A Messages inbox for texts from Quo and Google Voice, Telegram, and a chat bubble for your website. WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger are coming soon. See Messages.
    • Rules: tell the assistant once, in plain words, and it does it at the right time. See Rules.

    • Anyone can sign up and choose a plan to activate Real Extent.
