A real estate CRM that keeps itself up to date

Real Extent has a CRM built in. New leads are added from your inbox, texts and forms as they arrive, with where they came from, what they're looking for, and a score that tells you who to call first.

Every email and text with a person shows on one page, oldest to newest, with what's next, their tasks, notes, and any deal dates.

Real Extent lead page for a buyer from Zillow: next step, lead score with reasons, budget, timeline and their email conversation
One page per person: what's next, why they're scored hot, and every message with them.

What's in the CRM

  1. 1

    Leads add themselves

From email inquiries, open house sign-ins, your contact form, booking page, website chat and texts.

  2. 2

    A score with reasons

Who's hot and why: replied today, pre-approved, moving within 30 days. Shown only while they're still deciding.

  3. 3

    One conversation per person

Emails and texts from every connected channel, in order, with who sent each one.

  4. 4

    Tasks and notes

Add a task, reschedule it, or talk instead of typing. To-dos in a voice note come back as tasks.

  5. 5

    Deals and dates

Contract dates from a PDF, reminders before deadlines, and a weekly update to your client if you want one.

  6. 6

    Import what you have

From Google or Outlook contacts, or a CSV or vCard file. Nobody is emailed when you import.

Simple on purpose

  • Stages that match how agents work: new lead, nurture, active buyer or seller, under contract, closed.
  • Birthdays and home anniversaries, with a short note written for you to send.
  • Search across leads, deals and listings from anywhere with ⌘K.
  • No MLS connection. You bring listing details and comps, and it uses them.

Questions agents ask

Do I need another CRM?
Not to get started. If you already use one, many agents keep it and use this for replies, booking and follow-ups. There's no direct sync with other CRMs today.
Can my team share it?
Yes, on the Team plan: shared leads, knowledge and automations, with admin permissions.
Where does the lead score come from?
From what they've told you and how they're acting: how recently they replied, their timeline, budget, pre-approval, and whether they asked about a specific home. It's a guide for who to call first, not a prediction.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Email us and we'll send you an export. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
